Opis
When traffic gets heavy in the afternoon and evening, people drift along Washington while the light is green, even when there is no room for them on the other side of the intersection, and when the light changes, the through path from Liberty is often completely blocked. (Happens at Washington and Main, too.) In some towns, the intersections are marked with paint (they're called "boxes"), and you can be ticketed for winding up in the box when the light changes. I think it's time Middletown take that step.
