Description

There has been an old mattress along the sidewalk (inside the chain link fence) since Easter weekend. It is a terrible eyesore for the neighborhood. This issue was previously reported when the mattress was on the sidewalk for several weeks. The owner then had it on his porch but has now put it on display to taunt the neighbors. Now a small rodent or animal has chewed a hole in the bottom of the mattress and is living inside it. Please make this homeowner obey health codes and proper disposal of household items. It is an eyesore as well as health hazard. Please take care of immediately.
