Description

This house is very poor at the up keep and maintaining the lawn. The grass grows outrageous and is never cut. The weeds and trees also grow over the fence and into the neighbors yard and on their property. This has been ongoin since the lady moved in. I have been staying on the street almost 4 years. She has been there cloSe to 6 months and twice already the city I believe has came out and cut her lawn plus ticketed her.
