It has gotten noticeably worse in the past two weeks. There are divots forming along the depression area. The divots are a couple inches in depth and multiplying in number. Every time it rains, there is degradation a couple days later.

If the road has to be closed in the near future , is there a plan in place for emergency services, winter plowing and trash pickup if the road is not accessible from the Westfield end of the road ?

This has continued to deteriorate over the last 7 months. It is motorcycle season now. Depending on how the light hits the road surface, it may or may not be visible and is quite dangerous for motorcycles. Also, people who are aware of this issue drive on the wrong side of the road to avoid it. With the crest of a hill just past it, it is impossible to see an oncoming car when traveling on the wrong side of the road until it is almost too late.
