It would be nice if you would finish the project, it seems everything the city does never gets finish. Washington Ave is clearly more that the 3 or 4 blocks you took care of. What is up with that? So my suggestion is, maybe you can finish the job in less than the 2 years it took to get the couple of blocks you did do done.
