Unoccupied/ abandoned house is the culprit of venomous snakes and needs to be addressed. More than likely a den of them under house and juvenile snakes coming onto other surrounding neighbors property. Diamond back baby found on 1121s porch yesterday.

This property has been inspected and confirmed to be in violation. A notice letter has been sent to the property owner regarding the condition of the property. The inspector will continue to work with the property owner until the violation has been corrected.
