Why do the police double park or park blocking crosswalks when going to Catskill Bagels or John's Bakery on Cortelyou? Is this legal? The other day I saw a police car from the right lane put on its siren and lights, make a sweeping u-turn, then turn everything off only to park in front of the bagel shop to see the officers walk in to get breakfast.
