Fences for 2 retention areas remain broken. Been broken for YEARS. Watched the repair crew push the broken ends into alignment so you can't see the breaks from the road. Broken fences are a liability for Skobel family, dba Starr Property.
Yard crew "cleaned" up the property - when weeding, they uprooted juniper plants and threw them over the fence (locked) to die.
Poorest quality work encountered ever! Extremely unprofessional - won't communicate. Lie to my face about when they will make repairs. It's embarrassing.
Skobels, come do the work we have paid you to do - HOA $300/yr. Disgraceful!

Fence panels in Ridgemont Neighborhood are broken and create a liability. Weeds are growing back in planted areas - no landscape maintenance for 2 months but we are billed more than $1,000/month by STARR Property Management for work that isn't done. Isn't this called theft?
