There is a constant stream of large tractor-trailers traversing the section of Tiffany St. between Commerce Way and County St. The signage seems reasonable clear at the intersection of Tiffany and County St, but the ban on trucks isn't being enforced by the police, as they don't typically set up a detail here for speeding or trucks. This is a real danger to the residents of the houses at the bottom of both sides of the hill, as many have the minimum distance between the street and the front of the house and limited visibility pulling out of driveways, not to mention children playing the yards.
