fri 7/8 police had check point at garden &capen intersect. as we walked we watched a bright red car with loud muffler fly thru stop sign at enfield and capen (1 short block away. then as we approached the corner another car turned towards road block yelled "oh @#$%", stopped almost to roadblock, pulled over to side and when another car pulled up to roadblock, the "oh @#$%" car slowly backed down towards enfield st, turned left and avoided the roadblock by going down enfield. what is the roadblock for if they are not aware of their surroundings. if we had been closer to the police i would have told them. please inform them to please watch for crime near these roadblocks. surroundings
