ESC issue on ROW. It could be easy fix during construction but somewhat surprised it has never been fixed by the contractor or the city. There are some construction debris too. Someone from the city with CESCL can easily order a fix - e.g., geo mat, silt fence, crushed rock on slope and the bottom, wattle, or vegetation on slope. Or any combination of those. It will not get better, only getting worse, so need to fixe sooner than later. There is another small ESC issue to the north. I am a professional civil engineer living in Shoreline. I was curious why it was not fixed during construction of side walk.
