Description

On Route 35 at the intersection with Reckless Place, a traffic
signal should be added here. Reckless Place is a cut through
street with a high amount of traffic on it. The same goes for
busy Route 35, heading into downtown Red Bank. Those
trying to make a left turn onto 35 from Reckless, have
a difficult time doing so. A traffic signal would improve safety
for motorists and pedestrians. We don't want this intersection to be literally 'reckless'.
