The streets in the Roseview HOA (South of Greenway, West of Dysart, North of Acoma, and West of 137th Drive.

The streets in this qaudrant are very rough, the "slurry coat" applied less than 2 years ago has degraded making the original problem worse. Large cracks, etc. The so-called drainage areas when driven over feel like your falling into the grand canyon with your car and is rough on the suspension of most cars/trucks. In order to keep the vehicle from bouncing hard (even at less than 10mph) they have to be driven over at an angle. I have reported this in the past to the councilman in charge of this area, and nothing got done.
