back alley way tree, license and inspection says its a alley way tree, nothin they can do. mean while, the tree, is leanin, may fall, blocking the alley way so its a fire hazard, and its doing damage to peoples property, its the city job, to handle this, we pay taxes. if its a fire, and someone gets hurt cause this tree is any the way, then what. can someone please help, and get this tree removed. its not our responsibility to remove alley trees.
