Description
I waited 4 hours for call back about my SNAP benefits. When I received the call back 4 hours later the Dss worker was rude and when I asked for her to give me a second she chastized me and proceeded to hang up the call. As a result of her actions my benefits are jeopardized since my deadline is 11/2 and it is currently 11/1. I’m concerned that I will lose my benefits because of the employee’s aggressive behavior. She refused to cooperate and hung up
