Tree was inspected and found to have grown very little since its last pruning in 2017. Lifting of the sidewalk has not progressed a considerable amount and there is considerable clearance from over the roof. Speaking on the phone with the resident it appears their primary concern was the leaf/flower litter that accumulates in the gutters. Trees are not pruned by the City with the goal of leaf litter reduction. Due to the lack of growth exhibited by these trees it is likely they will shortly be in decline and need to be removed, but for now no action is needed.
