Description

Gregory Kloehn is building homes for homeless to live in semi permanent structures in our Neighborhood. He needs to be stopped from continuing this. It has increased theft, vandalism, trespassing, trash, health issues (feces and urine left near encampments), and other significant issues in the area.

The City needs to instruct Mr. Kloehn to stop or press charges against him for illegal dumping of these human doghouses.
