This light continues to be a problem, with all these people working out there you would think someone would notice the disaster that is Rosetree Rd and Providence Rd.

Park entrance update, you have two on the 252 side, you just need a dune buggy to get in.

I like how people are using the park as a cut through to get to 252 instead of the posted detour, then trying to make a left turn out of the park.

This entire area continues to be the wild wild west of traveling, Southbound drivers on 252 are blocking the box and preventing Rosetree Rd traffic to make a right or left turn because the lights at the RT 1 overpass are out of sync with the rest of the lights. Police see nothing wrong with this? Upper Providence elected officials must all use Rascals to get around in their town, because if they drove this road to get to a real job in the morning and in the evening they would see what a problem this is.

Today the lights are a total disaster, trying to get to work this AM good luck.
Shame Upper Providence Twp, and Penndot.

Watch out for all the small stones they have dropped on the road. When your windshield gets cracked, don't worry about it because you need to be dodging the dump trucks that just pull out onto the road. No need to watch for on coming vehicles, they just pull out.

This is really a very poorly run construction project. Today the traffic is backed up past the reservoir. You will sit in traffic for at least 35 to 40 minutes to get to Rosetree Rd.
They have plenty of people, they just stand around and do nothing. One guy holding up a shovel, another just staring at rocks and two guys in a blue car just watching traffic and drinking coffee. I despise everyone of you no good creeps.

Mae West is correct, Higgins Electric does handle traffic lights in Upper Providence however they are probably not responsible for the timing of the lights. Its the contractor who is doing the project that is responsible. Get ready for another light to be installed too.
What a real mess this whole project has been. Wait to you have to deal with the people from Flagger Force that direct traffic. What a mess they are.

Concerned Resident, you are wrong. I called PennDot District 6 told them you told me call about the light. They said the light at that intersection is handled by Upper Providence Twp.
