A male street vendor that sells individual and loose cigarettes in the vestibule of the Dollar Tree establishment located at 8721 S. Stony Island Avenue Chicago, Illinois 60617, right next door to a dialysis center. This individual is there on a daily basis, and has been observed soliciting at this location since December 2013.
