H-SHAPED ALLEY IN REALLY POOR CONDITION - ESPECIALLY SECTIONBEHIND HANOVER AVE (SIDE OF 301 ROSENEATH) - PLEASE LEVEL OUT WELL AND PLACE NEW CHIPS/GRAVELS ( Largest pothole is just now drying up and it hasn't rained in a week. When they graded last year, the alley condition improved, but not for long. Potholes reappeared very quickly....more than a quick grading is needed! This is not simply ruining car alignments, but is also a significant health hazard due to mosquito breeding in the standing water!)
