The asphalt on the southbound lane has scabbing that will be placed on a repair list TBD. The shoulder erosion at SGMC Women's will be repaired soon.

It has been over a month since this was reported. There has been no activity noticed to fix this shoulder, which has only gotten worst. It's a matter of time when somebody's wheel will be stck in it.

Located 2 washouts at 3305 Cherry Creek Rd, will add to repair list, due to availability of materials may take longer, thank.

The 2 washouts i located were caused by vehicles driving on soft shoulder.

Whatever the cause may be, but should we ignore it and cause more danger? May be the City should consider widening the shoulder.
