The roaches were treated three weeks ago by a maintenance company that failed to put the manhole cover on correctly. Every time a car drives over this manhole cover all the residents hear the metal clunk inside our homes echoing. Can this manhole cover which is directly in front of 2405 E Cherry Hill drive be cleared of whatever debris is preventing this from sitting correctly? Help is greatly appreciated to stop this ongoing noise disturbance. Thank you!!
