The homeless woman that has been removed FIVE times from the Riverside Hospital lot at 7655 Bellfort has returned yet again. The "No Trespassing" signs place ALL OVER the property by the owner don't seem to bother her at all. She is barely clothed and is urinating and defecating openly. She has now been removed by HPD over 10 times from locations around Glenbrook Valley. This is ridiculous and needs a permanent solution. Please address ASAP!!
