Description

For a few days I have been hearing this certain pole making a zapping sound and a sound as if an air conditioner is on. Then I noticed a cable hanging from this pole as well. I figured to be safe than sorry and report it to make sure this sound I am hearing and the hanging cable does not cause any harm as there is many children walk by this pole to and from school. Hopefully someone can check it out.Thanks
