How can it be closed when you can still see all the stuff from the street as one drives by? So, basically it's not worth reporting because nothing will be done to make the homeowner get rid of al the personal clutter?

I agree. I drive and walk by to see the same items dumped in the drive/carport. At least the big white utility truck parked on an angle, looking like it was going to tip over "hid" some items. I feel for the neighbors on the driveway side as they look down onto the property as well as the people across the street.

I would like to ask Mr. Donato how the exercise equipment, AC unit that is in the driveway are out of clear public view. Maybe out of his view but not ours.

Exactly!!! So, please Mr Donato, reopen this claim, come over and examine for yourself what this looks like and then perhaps you can make an accurate assessment of the situation. Perhaps if you lived on or near this road, and walked by every day, your opinion would change. We are all taxpayers in this town for many years and ready to move out.
