Commenting that 2x per day on school days Kensington betw WSA and Delaware is closed by the elem school crossing guard. During those times the only way to get to the 6-7 residential buildings on Kensington and nearby Delaware is to drive the wrong way on Delaware, turning off of Gautier as the OP describes.
