I spoke with Ian Franz at Kempthorn motors (Sales Manager) He assured that the property will be mowed and kept as soon as the property is due to be mowed.
The old fellow that kept the property has passed and a new crew now mowes at Kempthorns. The large hole there is from Conleys towing bringing thier trucks in and out of said alley, The Conleys group are not to easy folks to work with, but i'll see what can be done about the hole there.

I must also say by seeing the hole people trucks,cars coming from the east and cutting the corner cause just as much damage

Trash trucks always cut the corners tearing up yards and destroying brand new concrete. Two weeks after having new sidewalks done trash truck comes along and cracks the walkway.
