Description

I noticed someone already posted about this, but they didn't or were not aware of the code violation in regards to the size of the buildings and quantity of chickens. It appears according to the code that they need 20' setbacks from property lines and an approved farm management plan for an operation like this with so many birds on such a small piece of land.
