City of Canton Building Department_8 assigned this issue to Canton City Public Health EH

I drove by yesterday on the way home - want to let you know that nothing has changed, so they must have ignored the Health Dept. order tat Gus Dria references above (7/7/14). Porch still FULL of junk, etc.

I closed my case a while ago because they cleaned up trash and garbage. At that time there were no public health nuisances. The building dept can write orders per the property maintenance code and address eyesores. I can take a look at it tomorrow but code should address issues they can. /// Gus Dria.

12/3/14 Some progress made, but not good enough. Giving 10 day extension.

Thank you for keeping up with this. I drove by yesterday and did see the progress, and hoped they would be asked to remove more because it still looks really bad. Appreciate your work on the behalf of our neighborhood's!

12/18/14 Much better condition. Spoke w/owner at scene about several other items that need removed, but overall, satisfied with abatement.
