Description

4 kids roling smoking and passing whatever between 9 and 9:45 in the Park. This behavior was connected with crime issues we had here previously.

AM -- don't know, but they are the right age for scholars group. I will call Rebecca Sweeney next time I see them, and not delay to post as I did this last time

I have notice groupings of kids during school hours again but was not able to see as much. Also I was just around briefly and had not access to the internet. I really should have R. Sweeney's # on my cell phone!

I have not been around enough during these hours to see, but my imnpression is this is no longer going on. I will open as a new issue if it recurs as the weather warms up.
