Descripción
I broke my arm yesterday when I fell on a section of a Columbia pathway that was a sheet of ice. The section is chronically icy. It is located near the bridge and playground between the Swansfield Rd cul de sac and White Cord Way cul de sac. The chronically icy spots are the low points before and after the bridge. I fell on the Swansfield Rd side just before the bridge on black ice.
