Descripción

The newly erected fence where the old electrical tower was just dismantled looks like it's going to fall into the canal. People have been out there working and no one has pulled it up and secured it. It was poorly installed and anyone can walk through straight onto the old railroad bridge. See pictures of the teenagers from today. They both looked like they were trying hard to maintain their balance the entire walk of it.
