Shrubbery on City Easement Impeding Sidewalk Egress

Q. Please describe the issue.
A. A Spanish Bayonet Palm on the city easement in front of 6900 - 80th Ave North has grown out over the sidewalk and has become an acute safety hazard. The city needs to trim this shrub before some pedestrian or child on a bicycle gets an eye put out. This piece of landscaping was not removed during the recent installation of sidewalks. Please note: The photo is a screen shot off of Google Maps and does not show the sidewalk currently there.
