Need to cut curb in bike route. As it is, anyone on a bike (or with a stroller or wheelchair or high heels, etc.) has to go around and go down the neighbors driveway because the curb is high and sharp. I commute through this park and it would make my ride easier.

I'm in this neighborhood, and I agree. There is also vegetation that blocks the view on the sidewalk of pedestrians and cyclists who are using it due to the reason described above. While on foot, I have had a few close calls with bicycles. I am also sometimes on a bicycle and do not enjoy having to perform the required maneuver.
