Description

The sidewalk that runs along Morse Avenue and around the corner along Blohm Street is overgrown with a mixture of mugwort and Phragmites, forcing pedestrians into the street, and thereby making this a safety issue. Numerous phone calls to the city's Public Works Department over the past month have done nothing to correct this.
