According to this complaint, the "Construction" being done at this location is causing "possible structural damage" to the property located at 265-267 Cambridge Ave. The owner of 265-267 Cambridge Ave. wants a Construction Code Official to do a thorough inspection of his property to determine if structural damage is being done to his property.
The owner's son who says, he's an NYC Fire Department Inspector himself claims that the inspector sent be Jersey City did not do a proper inspection of the property to determine if structural damage has occured.Mr.
