There's a demolition going on next door @ 366 7th. We live @ 366 1/2 7th. Their pipes froze causing a flood in our building A WEEK AGO. Went thru the ceiling on the 1st floor and thru the basement ceiling. We are unable to find the owner. The construction crew doesn't know or won't tell us. The fire dept turned their water off. The owner has made NO effort to contact us. We need to get in touch with person for insurance purposes. Someone should also check whether that permit covers everything they are doing.
