I've referred this to our Stormwater division I will update this issue when I have heard back from them. Thanks for reporting.

This is the second time this problem has been reported. It does not seem that the city or Eugene Weeks has any interest in protecting the neighborhood.

Per Public Works, we inspected the St. Augustine’s site on July 15, 2014. This is the site that was contributing to turbid water on Tyler Rd and sediment along the sidewalk. During our inspection clean-up was being performed along the sidewalk. Maintenance items of the sediment and erosion control measures were required. A Not in Compliance report was issued and follow-up inspection confirmed that work was complete. We continue to conduct routine inspections at this site.
