Is Brown Road maintained by Saratoga County Department of Public Works, or is the Stillwater Town Highway Department responsible for this road?

The Highway Department road crew that repaired Brown Road did an excellent job. The road was repaired within days of reporting the issue to SCF. Thank you to everyone involved for effectively and efficiently repairing the road.
