Description

Town Ordinance 6-501 states that the owner or occupant of a premises bordering any street where there is an established sidewalk must remove all snow and ice within 24 hours. If it is impractical to remove the snow or ice, the sidewalk shall be made safe by covering with sand or other suitable material.
