**This Traffic Light is very, very old and very tough to see in the daytime. Many people have blown through this red light on E Broad, only because the lighting is very dim. It's really only a matter of time until an accident occurs. Please replace this light with a newer, brighter LED light that will be easily seen to all drivers. Thank You.

The signal equipment at this intersection is considered "historic". It is compliant will national standards. We have plans for upgrading the equipment in the future, however, at this time, no funding is available.
