Need a traffic light here ASAP!!! Today I was waiting in the crosswalk for 3 minutes and 30 cars passed on Baldwin and none of them stopped!!! I didn't have any other choice than start waiting in the crosswalk and the car that needed to stop to let me cross started yelling at me and honk. I feel so sad and angry because this should be totally ilegal. Should I take pictures of every car that doesn't stop in a legal crosswalk? What is the solution here? With the 3 new building this is going to be a nightmare!! We need lights, this is extremely unsafe and dangerous

What I don’t understand is how the city planning allows 400-700 new residents in that corner without any traffic lights in a 2 way road heading towards 139

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We will conduct a preliminary traffic assessment to determine what type of traffic control is warranted at this intersection. The preliminary assessment will also help identify if a more in-depth study is required. Please allow 3 to 4 months for preliminary study to be completed.

Something like this? So the cars know that the priority in a Sidewalk are the pedestrians.

Please,do something to protect the pedestrian before is too late. Also Saint Paul's Ave fromm Palisade up to Baldwin Ave ,people speed up the vehicles like it is a competition's track. We needs speed hump,or 4 way stop at Concord or traffic lights,or speed trap.

Yes Eduardo! I am with you! That would be great too!hundreds of people cross and walk 139 everyday, and now more with so many new buildings. 139 low speed, more lights, speed bumps anything to make it more safe for pedestrians. JC changed a lot In the past 5 years, infrastructure and safety need to change also.
