There have been a bunch of low hanging tree branches in the alley behind 13th ave, and Lincoln hwy. for over a week. They hit you right in the windshield when you try to drive past there. I stopped a tenant at the property over the weekend and told him and he said wait I'll call the landlord, the landlord's reply, oh well I have more important things to worry about. I would say they are a safety hazard as you can't see in front of you when you are upon them. Can codes or the streets dept. help with this? I realize that there have been a lot of tree branch problems with all the storms recently but just wanted to make this known. thanks.
