Q. Please describe the issue
A. Daily this vehicle drives down Providence Street. All times of day and night this vehicle vibrates our house caused by the base of his radio. Obviously, there are ordinances that are suppose to regulate this noise nuisance. I've contacted the police, but they have to catch them in the act. Any given day, they would be able to stop him and give him a warning, but, you need someone to start enforcing the rules. Just, like the signs the were put near Lucky Strike Restaurant, those were a waste also because they fall on blind eyes. I'm aware this isn't the worst crime in Chicopee and I know we're short of police officers, but I've seen many drive by and take no action
