Opis

Multiple cars and trucks in the Brookside shopping center parking lot after hours. The noise is so loud I can't hear my tv in my own house. Noise includes engine revving and short bursts of speed with modified exhausts that sound like gun shots. This is a menace to the neighborhood and goes on every couple of weeks in the same spots. I've called the Bridgeport police non-emergency number multiple times and they either never come or take a very long time.
