I would like to know why our recycling bin is not being collected. Several times in the few months we've been living at this address, our green trash bin is emptied out, while the blue bin is completely ignored. We run a busy home office and have a lot of recyclable cardboard boxes that need to be disposed of. It is frustrating that we received all sorts of notices about the items in our front yard while undergoing a full rehabilitation of the property but we cant get the adequate service to pick up our trash.
