Parking and Zoning violations of State Law, Zoning Codes, as well as City of Malden ordinances.

Violation - Residential property for a commercial use

Land use/ Zoning Codes: commercial motor vehicles – buses or trailers having a gross weight of 11,000 lbs. or more – are not allowed to be parked on streets zoned residential where parking is permitted
