Tree's and shrubs are still in the middle of the alley. Not resolved yet.

This has been an ongoing issue for the past 30 years , the homeowners do not maintain their trees and shrubs in the alley area and inhibit vehicular traffic through the alley.

This issue has yet to be taken care of.

Trees and brush still extend over 6 feet into alley and on top of asphalt.

This issue has been present for well over 20 years, can't we get this taken care of??

Problem still there, Drove through the alley last evening. I can see how badly this is for large delivery trucks getting in and out of the alley. The city needs to enforce the code related to this and make the proeerty owners cut their tree's/ shrubs back out of the alley.

The issue has yet to be resolved, these tree's and shrubs have been allowed to over grow the alley for years. This creates quite an issue for delivery vehicles trying to get through the alley from either end.
Please get this taken care of ASAP......

This has yet to be resolved, I drove through the alley today and the tree's and shrubs still extend into and on top of the asphalt at the North end of the alley.

Ridiculous that this hasn't been taken care of yet.

This issue has yet to be completely resolved, there are 3 homes on the North end of the alley that still have considerable tree, shrub and ground cover growth extending into the alley.
The address's of these homes are 4022, 4024, 4026 Fauquier Avenue.

Please have this issue dealt with ASAP, this has been going on ling enough and should have been taken care of by now.
9 months to remedy this is a little ridiculous.

Taking this long to have a simple issue that has been there for 10 years or more is getting ridiculous.

What do we have to do to get this issue taken care of and the issue resolved? I have reported this, sent emails to the city and the item is still not taken care of, after more than 8 months. This does not look good for the cities ability to take care of these issues.

The address's in question are at the South end of the East side of the alley on the Fauquier side of the odd side of MacArthur Avenue's alley.

I have sent in the address's before and the issue has been ignored. The problem is quite obvious.
The area in question is directly behind Decatur's garage.

Property owners have made some attempt to clear the overhanging brush, trees and weeds from the alleyway. However this is an on going problem and needs to be addressed.

This is STILL AN ISSUE!!! The North end of the alley on the East side of MacArthur behind the business's, especially the areas behind Decaturs and Lauterbach have still areas of the cedar tree's and undergrowth extending well over the pavement which inhibits vehicular traffic. Delivery trucks have an very difficult time navigating this alley.

14 months later and we still cannot get this issue taken care of. Why hasn't a code enforcement officer been assigned to this?
The properties that the tree's and ground cover/shrubs come from are at 4022, 4024, 4026 Fauquier Avenue.

The issue with the trees/shrubs,ground cover covering part of the paved alley is in the 4000 block of MacArthur Avenue behind Lauterbach electric and Decaturs garage.

Lets get this fixed before the end of the year.

The problem seems to be that they -DPW have yet to address the original complaint-the brush/trees and ground cover that can be clearly seen intruding over the paved alley. NOTE the crease in the alley-this is the center line of the pavement and the re is only about 3-4 feet on the east side of the alley at the northern end that is not covered by vegetation.

Issue Still NOT resolved. City has done absolutely nothing about this overgrowth.

Would be nice to have this taken care of soon, Has been an issue for many years and reported over 15 months ago....

Issue is still NOT resolved. I cannot understand why this cannot be taken care, seems simple to me to have the property owners cut back the growth of shrubs, trees and ground cover to get this off the paved alley and allow the full width of the alley to be utilized.

This issue has yet to be resolved. I am unsure whether an inspector came out to look at this issue or not.

I have sent the address numerous times as well as pictures of the areas where the issue exists and still it is not taken care of. What do I have to do to get this issue resolved????

A year and a half and the issue has still not been properly dealt with. This has gotten to the point of being ridiculous.

2/27/2013 - Thanks for communication Taz - actually each address needs to be submitted individually here on SeeClickFix for an Overgrown Lot Inspection by Code Enforcement - they will made a determination as to any Code violations accordingly -rtt

And this information could not have been passed on to me in 2011????

This is why we get so frustrated with the system, there are too many layers in a system that was supposed to simplify and streamline the process.

Continually closing this serves to do nothing but make me mad, the address's have been included in the comments above at least twice and I will include them here again.

I am not about to re-submit something that the city has basically ignored for over a year and a half. Please pass this information on to code enforcement and take care of this issue.
