Description

This is animal abuse and a noise violation. 4 or more dogs are chained up in a tiny yard. One neighbor mentioned that they may be breeding them for dog fighting. Photos are of 2 of the 4. Can't get much closer without possibly getting bit. They are always outside on chains no matter how bad the weather is. They bark any time ANYONE walks anywhere the dogs can see and the fence is poorly maintained. They bark from 7am until 11am then from 2pm until 6pm. No one takes them out of there. The smell of dog feces can be overwhelming some times. Please help end this abuse and neglect.
