Yeah it looks horrible. We really need just one surveillance camera for that block to catch the license plates of the habitual dumpers. Once we know where they live, take all the garbage and dump it on their front lawns.

I'd like them to get a big fat fine.

There's a gas station directly across 35th with a few dozen video cameras on site... one might happen to have this corner in view.
